About World News
Live headlines from around the world, in one place.
What this site is
World News is a headline aggregator. It collects the public headlines and short summaries that news outlets publish in their own RSS feeds, groups the same story reported by several outlets, and sorts it by region and topic. Every story links to the original article on the publisher's website. We do not copy articles. By default the pictures on cards are original illustrations generated on the page from each headline. If you switch the "Images" button to Photos, your browser loads each story's lead image directly from the publisher's own website; we do not store or host those photos.
All headlines, summaries and article content belong to their respective publishers.
How stories are chosen
Region and topic labels, "Breaking", "Top stories" and "Good news" are assigned automatically from the headline text and the number of outlets covering a story. They can be wrong. Automatic labelling is not editorial judgement.
